Paying a visit to the Orang Asli village whilst abiding by the SOP, meeting the chief of the village and greeting with kind regards and a generous donation. Onwards, to a breathtaking and unforgettable trek to the waterfall, filled with leeches to tiny critters.

Setting off with high spirits, we embarked on a trip to a private island, cruising along the lake of Royal Belum on both the speed boat and a cruiser. It was a peaceful and windy day to enjoy a session of meditation on the ride.

Back to nature, the resorts provided a clean and cozy environment with a handful of activities such as ping pong, BBQ, river trekking, swmming and lots more entertainments. With the relaxing and stress free family trip giving both children and adults time for a long digital detox.

Our iconic highlights of the trip - the black thorn durian! Along with up to 52 people riding up the mountain, to take part in witnessing the exorbitant black thorn durian. Its taste is worth its price. The farm has 3000+ black thorn trees with almost 100 acres of space.
7th July 2019, Dhamma Bodhiyan Meditation Centre, Tanjung Piandang
As a group we travel offroad to a peaceful meditation centre. By greeting and enlightening our hearts, we move on to capture photos of the scenery and art.

A place of history and religion, with a beautiful and well-kept temple. It is extremely worth paying a visit here especially if you like architecture and tourism.
7th July 2019, Visiting the Joo Hong Chan salted egg factory, Kuala Kurau.
Upon visiting the Joo Hong Chan salted egg factory, we are able to understand the process of making these duck eggs so tasty and wonderful. The owner of this place demonstrated and shown us the eggs, also being very polite and kind. However, we needed to pre-order these eggs for the double yolk eggs.
7th July 2019, Our final destination of the trip - Bagan Seberang Kuala Kurau.
Our final destination of the trip - Bagan Seberang Kuala Kurau. Our time was spent with joy and pleasure under the sun, thus trying out the meals offered at the nearby restaurants. Ranging from Milo Kopi Kaw to Ice Kacang, it refreshed and rejuvenated our energy with a cool feeling.

Paying a visit to the Foo Family's seafood restaurant, having our lunch. The owner of the restaurant prepared a few delicious meals, spending our time to relax and enjoy.
28th April 2019, 拜訪邦咯島海南會館會長吳文光及參觀會長的造船廠。
Pangkor Hainan Association's president, took us around the massive ship yard, and briefly explained to us about the building of a ship and its uses. The cost of a single ship is roughly around RM 2,000,000
which can last up to 40 years with hardly any maintenance required.

2 days 1 night trip to Pangkor Matsu Festival. A group of 33 members, walking with the parade, furthermore, riding a cruise ferry, to witness the North and South of Pangkor.

Under the bright afternoon sun, we walked around the entire temple and explored the temple, worshiping the gods while others took the opportunity to rest under the shade. It was a clean, massive temple, with food and water provided to the people who were tired from the long journey. The buildings were spectacular and awesome, with many paintings
21st April 2019, Jungle Trekking at Saiong Forest Eco Park, Meru.
An exciting and tiring adventure as the group set off on a jungle trekking pathway which was 1800m long. Discovering new creatures and encountering a few leeches on the way. This was a wonderful start to the day, with a refreshing waterfall and lively gardens within the park.

Starting our first trip of the year, we set off to Jelapang town to enjoy our delicious breakfast whilst having a chat. Along with 52 others, we had a wonderful coffee and wanton meal.

An amazing river cruise to the Perak River nearby Teluk Intan. This was a truly exciting and enlightening trip as we learnt a lot about Teluk Intan's history, furthermore being able to catch a glimpse at numerous fireflies and flocks of birds returning back to their nest. We witnessed thousands of fish farm while enjoying a spectacular brief moment of sunset over the mountains.
29th December 2018, Teluk Intan Hainan Association Welcomes Us with a Tasty Hainanese Tea Break
The Teluk Intan Hainan Association has invited us to a lovely Tea Break at Joo Heng Long Restaurant right after we visited the Thean Hou Temple. At the restaurant we sat down and relaxed while enjoying the famous Hainanese chicken chop dish which can only be found at this special restaurant.
29th December 2018, The Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan, Perak
Entering the town of Teluk Intan, we stop by at the famous structure which can be seen from a far distance - The Pagoda. Taking photos inside and outside of this tower gives us the time to relax and enjoy. After out river cruise, we come back during the night to admire this view of the colourful and lit up leaning tower, around it filled with many citizens and children running around, playing with bubbles and toys right outside this magical structure.
29th December 2018, Visit Gopeng Town, Perak
On the way to Teluk Intan, we stopped by at Gopeng to learn about it's history at the Gopeng Museum. The presenter of this museum kindly explained about how life was during the 19th century in Gopeng. After that, we walked opposite the road where the Gopeng's Heritage house was situated. There, we went inside to explore a wooden house from the past, with many antiques and old furnitures. Right after that was a straight road to the Hup Tuck Soy Sauce Factory ( pictures below), purchasing one of the cheapest and well made soy sauce and watching the process of making them just outside the shop.

The Perak Foo Clan's second visit to the Chop Keng Mee Restaurant for a delightful breakfast. While we had a wonderful breakfast, we waited for everyone to gather at this place before we are able to set off on a trip to Teluk Intan. The food was yummy and the coffee was tasty.

The second trip to the wonder mushroom farm, bringing along a few new members to a newly renovated mushroom farm! This time, there are more species of mushrooms and a presentation centre to understand more about mushrooms and their life process!
2nd November 2018, Orang Utan Island at Bukit Merah
An amazing experience at the orang utan island, which holds around 20 orang utans with a healthy environment. It would be a pleasant journey there by boat across the lake to the island. There you will witness large orang utans and a mini souvenir shop!

This farm is located in Kampung Raja, Cameron Highlands. A cool and comforting atmosphere with fresh and green vegetables. Learning about the agricultural methods and the right way of planting these wondrous crops to reach maximum tastiness!

A visit to an amazing and historical bridge made during the 19th century. This was one of the main transport route from the North to the South of Perak back in the days. However, now it has became a tourism site for wonderful photos!
